Overview of Platforms
So you're ready to sign up for services... which platform is best for you? If you are self-pay, Sondermind offers video sessions at about $100 for a 1-hour session, and that is probably your best option, unless you prefer to text. Sondermind only offers live video sessions, while Talkspace offers text therapy, in addition to live audio and video sessions.
If you have insurance, I have listed below what insurances each provider (Talkspace and Sondermind) takes. Please verify with your insurance provider whether your specific plan covers virtual therapy and what the copay and deductible will be.
