Virtual Therapy Services
Quick Overview
If you are self-pay, Sondermind offers video sessions at about $100 for a 1-hour session. Talkspace offers a monthly membership with messaging + weekly 30-minute mini sessions ($69/week), or messaging + weekly mini-sessions + weekly workshops ($99/week). They do not offer any self-pay options for 1-hour sessions. Headway offers 1-hour sessions for $100 per session, but they require me to use a different app for the video sessions, so everything is not all in one place.
If you have insurance, I have listed what insurances each provider takes. If you are at all unsure, I would recommend verifying coverage with your benefits provider before completing all the work to setup an account and check your coverage through the telehealth provider.

Messaging + Video Therapy, $99/week Unlimited messaging (therapist will respond at least once daily) and 4 30-minute video sessions per month. Purchase extra session credits for $65/session.

Employer
Talkspace collaborates with various employers, organizations, educational institutions, and city health departments to offer Talkspace services at no cost to you. These services include unlimited text messaging (therapist will respond at least once a day) and/or a specified number of live sessions each month or year, based on your benefits.
